Vaja! M'acabo d'adonar que les obres dels esmentats autors ja estaven en domini públic perquè en 2025 farà 100 anys de la seva mort i no pas 80. Així doncs, quins autors van morir l'any 1945 i, en haver transcorregut 80 p.m.a., entraran al domini públic llurs obres? Doncs autors dels quals encara no tenim res, tals com Vicent Fe Castell, Maria dels Àngels de Janer i Milà de la Roca, Raimon d'Abadal i Calderó, Pere Ventayol Suau, Francesc Pujol i Pons, Josep Carbonell Alsina i Hipòlit Negre Olaria, entre d'altres. Hola! M'he pres la llibertat d'afegir la importació de l'script «TranscludedIn.js» al Mediawiki:Common.js. Es tracta del "Shared Script" que permet visualitzar on es transclou una Pàgina. Si una pàgina (del namespace «Pàgina») està transclosa a una altra pàgina (del namespace principal), llavors apareixerà a la primera una pestanyeta superior amb la icona d'un llibre () que ens enllaçarà a la segona. I si la primera no està transclosa a cap pàgina, no apareixerà l'esmentada icona. Per entendre-ho millor, si mirem a Pàgina:Mar y cel (1903).djvu/127 veurem la icona que ens enllaçarà a «Mar y cel - Acte Tercer». You can provide feedback on suggested changes through the end of day on Tuesday, 18 March 2025. This is the second step in the annual review process, the final step will be community voting on the proposed changes. Final proposed modifications to the Universal Code of Conduct Enforcement Guidelines and U4C Charter now posted

The proposed modifications to the Universal Code of Conduct Enforcement Guidelines and the U4C Charter are now on Meta-wiki for community notice in advance of the voting period. This final draft was developed from the previous two rounds of community review. Community members will be able to vote on these modifications starting on 17 April 2025. The vote will close on 1 May 2025, and results will be announced no later than 12 May 2025. The U4C election period, starting with a call for candidates, will open immediately following the announcement of the review results. More information will be posted on the wiki page for the election soon.

Digitalitzar el Politar Andorrà i el Manual Digest

Bona nit,

Escric aquest missatge perquè m'agradaria saber com es fa per digitalitzar i publicar a Viquitexts llibres. En efecte, em sembla que es hora de publica el Politar Andorrà i el Manual Digest.

Acabo de pujar a Commons unes digitalitzacions que he trobat a la Library of Congress que estan en domini públic (les edicions modernitzades probablement no s'hauran alliberat i tindran drets d'autor). Ara ja tenim els índexs o "llibres" creats (Llibre:Manual Digest (1748).pdf i Llibre:Politar Andorrà (1763).pdf), on veiem cadascuna de les pàgines que caldrà transcriure fidelment. Després, ajuntar les transcripcions individuals ("transcloure-les") en una o unes quantes pàgines (com les 6 parts que té el Manual Digest) serà molt fàcil. Mai he fet digitalitzacions i no tinc pas la màquina. Però intentaria procurar-me'n una. Ara bé, el Manual Digest ja ha estat digitalitzat a la Biblioteca Mundial, passa que en la versió manuscrita. Jo a casa tinc la versió mecanografiada del Politar i del Digest. En principi no hauria d'haver-hi problemes de publicació als Viquitexts perquè la Llei andorrana estableix que hi ha autorització de publicar documentació editada pel govern. Però tampoc no sé com va això dels drets d'autor als Viquitexts. Soc molt nou, la veritat. Però ja m'afanyaria de buscar-me una càmera per a digitalitzar els llibres. @Rubisimoes: Hola! Disculpa la parrafada, però és que no acabo d'entendre com podem ajudar-te. Si ho entenc bé, dius que tens versions mecanografiades, no pas manuscrites, i que són editades pel Govern (suposo que andorrà). Abans de continuar cal assegurar-se que no hi ha cap vulneració dels drets d'autor; el fet de ser texts escrits fa segles o editats pel Govern andorrà no implica necessàriament que siguin compatibles amb la llicència de Viquitexts (per exemple, si no es permet l'ús comercial, no és compatible; v. Viquitexts:Drets d'autor). Cal revisar quina llicència porten impreses les obres que tens (buscar marques de copyright, llicència, drets, etc.). Si no en porten cap, caldrà deduir la llicència a partir de l'any, editor, impressor, recopilador, etc. Una edició modernitzada/comentada/anotada (per qui?) probablement és incompatible amb Viquitexts.

Sobre com digitalitzar una obra: aquí cadascú ho fa com pot :) El primer seria fer una foto (per exemple, amb un mòvil) o un escannejat (amb una impressora, si en té) a cadascuna de les 500-600 pàgines. Després cal arreplegar totes les imatges en un fitxer únic de tipus PDF o de tipus Djvu. El fitxer no ha de passar els 100 Mb (és el tope que han posat a Commons per fitxers locals). Programari? Jo faig servir GIMP, PDF Arranger, gscan2pdf, tesseract, djvm, djvused, etc.

Sobre com publicar a Viquitexts: ens cal el text plà i, si pot ser, una digitalització. Posarè com exemple Mar i cel. Primer necessitem la digitalització o fitxer, com File:Mar y cel (1903).djvu. Aquest fitxer s'ha copiat d'una web però tant és això, ara. El cas és que ha calgut pujar-ho a Commons. Després, a Viquitexts, hem creat l'índex: Index:Mar y cel (1903).djvu. A continuació, hem creat a mà, pàgina a pàgina, cadascuna de les 155 pàgines amb llur text, com Pàgina:Mar_y_cel_(1903).djvu/75 o Pàgina:Mar_y_cel_(1903).djvu/93. Després, cal "arreplegar" totes les pàgines en una pàgina (o una per a cada capítol), com per exemple, Mar y cel - Acte Segon. I si no tenim el fixter de la digitalització, la publicació a Viquitexts es pot fer amb un senzill copiar i desar, com a Josafat (menys recomanable).

Sobre les edicion disponibles a la LC, jo vaig poder accedir, vaig pujar a Commons els fitxers (com File:Manual Digest (1748).pdf), aquí vaig crear els índexs (com Index:Manual Digest (1748).pdf), però no tenim creades les pàgines (amb el corresponent text plà) i, per tant, tampoc tenim encara tot el text senzer (cal fer-ho) ;) -Aleator 20:46, 7 abr 2025 (CEST)

Drets d'autor. M'ho hauré de mirar doncs. Acabo d'agafar el llibre i posa Aloma Editors, iniciativa del Consell General. Però he de saber-ne més. Ara bé, jo, només jo amb la ignorància, tot havent-me llegit l'apartat ajuda, considero que el text és de domini públic perquè data del segle XVIII. Cosa diferent és la traslació demanada pel Consell General a Albert Villaró. Però, la traslació, soc un ignorant, també la podia fer jo. Per tant, el mecanoscrit (escrit a màquina), és de domini públic. Vull dir, si l'escrit a mà és de domini públic, el mecanoscrit també.

(<==) @Rubisimoes: OK, podria tractar-se de https://www.alomaeditors.com/publication_detail.php?id=7 (EAN 9789992066058, 2018). "ANA CR-40572" serà el registre nº 40572 de l'Arxiu Nacional d'Andorra, Casa Rossell (enllaç), sobre el que està basada l'edició d'A. Villaró.
Llegeixo en l'enllaç d'Aloma que «la transcripció del text s’ha fet segons l’ortografia actual.» i que «és una edició crítica» (amb anotacions, etc.). L'obra modernitzada i anotada no és exactament el mateix que l'original del segle XVIII (que sí està en domini públic). És cert que avui en dia és facilíssim modernitzar un text (o traduir-lo al xinès), però aquesta traslació d'A. Villaró segurament porta al darrere un treball feixuc i meticulós de filòleg o d'historiador, mereixedor d'un dret d'autor, per què no és una mera còpia literal o transcripció ad verbum (com sí fem a Viquitexts).
Per ser jo també meticulós, he mirat la Llei sobre drets d'autor i drets veïns. Diu l'art. 3 que estan protegides les «traduccions originals, adaptacions originals, arranjaments originals i altres transformacions originals d’obres». Seria el cas.
Home, es podria dir, però l'art. 4.2 diu que no està protegit «Cap text oficial de naturalesa legislativa, administrativa o judicial, com tampoc cap traducció oficial seva». Seria el cas? Crec que no perquè no és una obra oficial del Consell General, sino d'A. Villaró.
Per resumir, un text antic per definició està en domini públic, però una obra derivada del mateix només ho serà si així ho explicita l'autor (per exemple, afegint una llicència lliure) o si ho diu la llei que li apliqui (o sigui, passats 70 anys de la mort d'A. Villaró).
Sobre l'ús comercial de l'edició moderna que tens, sí, se'n permet fer un ús comercial... però només a l'autor o a Aloma. És el "dret econòmic" de l'art. 5. Si jo escric un best-seller, només jo i qui jo autoritzi podrem fer-ne calerons; i si un altre en treu diners del meu llibre, cap al jutjat que el portarè! Com que els continguts de Viquitexts qualsevol els pot vendre, en paper o digital, i conservant la llicència CC-BY-SA 4.0, entrem en contradicció amb obres protegides (o que no permeten fer un ús comercial, com la CC-BY-ND). :$ -Aleator 23:37, 7 abr 2025 (CEST)

Sí, és exactament aquest. Els comentaris d'Albert Villaró només fan una quarantena de pàgines i dins del llibre hi posa "d'aquesta edició, aloma editors i consell general de les valls d'andorra, dels textos, els autors", amb els símbols de copyright. D'altra banda, les màximes sí que estan comentades.

Per la resta que comentes, efectivament no es pot publicar a Viquitexts.

Ara, el parany és justament aquest. Resulta que quan s'han publicat edicions del Manual Digest, s'ha fet sempre en edició mecanoscrita mentre que les institucions andorranes publiquen a internet les que s'han escrit a mà. L'enllaç que em presentes del govern, no permet veure el text. A parè meu em sembla poc honest no pensar que es podria publicar el digest i el politar als Viquitexts perquè la població té dret a conèixer. El coneixement ha de ser universal i tota trava al coneixement és un atemptat a la intel·ligència. També és un atemptat al raonament.

Llavors, existeixen versions en català escrit, mecanoscrites i sense comentaris? Sí, n'he tingudes dues a les mans, però la millor, a parè meu, s'ha imprès en suro (s'ha transformat el suro en paper i per sobre hi han copiat el manual digest).

Quina solució queda? trobar-ne una còpia al mercat, però l'única botiga que posseïa llibres que ja no s'editen i sobre història d'andorra ha tancat. de vegades hi comprava llibres, però l'amo de la botiga ja sé les sabia totes i apuja els preus de tal manera que per segons quin document no pago.

@Rubisimoes: I aquí és on cobra sentit l'existència de Viquitexts: nosaltres mateixos podem crear aquestes còpies "mecanoscrites" a partir dels manuscrits que ja tenim. I llavors qualsevol podrà descarregar ePubs per llegir-los, copiar, reeditar, fer modernitzacions automàtiques, facilitar estudis, fer cerques (de fet, permetrà que Google trobi paraules i frases), entrenar IA, etc. -Aleator 13:35, 8 abr 2025 (CEST)
